About

Katrina Teisini is an education systems and workforce development executive who brings over two decades of leadership experience across Australia, the Pacific, SE Asia, and the Middle East. Her expertise spans TVET operations, stakeholder engagement, and curriculum framework design for corporations, institutions and large-scale associations and industry peak bodies.

Currently engaged as Short-Term Adviser (TVET Qualification Development) under the Kiribati Skills for Employment Program (KASfEP) with Palladium/Scope Global, Katrina supports national qualification alignment and capacity building for TVET teachers.

Previously, Katrina directed multi-industry workforce projects with ForestWorks Ltd under Australia’s Jobs & Skills Council framework, led learning academy development  as Program Manager for Miral Destinations in Abu Dhabi, and scaled education technical operations at Adventus.io, overseeing more than 1,700 institutions across 27 countries.

Her approach blends system-level reform with a human-centred commitment to inclusion, cultural fluency, and locally led development.
