I ensure that education, training, and workforce development projects are delivered responsibly, transparently, and in full alignment with governance, funding, and performance standards. My focus is on strengthening systems, improving accountability, and supporting organisations to meet regulatory, donor, and institutional requirements across the full project cycle.

1. Compliance and Audit Readiness

I help organisations build the systems, documentation, and evidence needed to meet internal, external, and donor audit requirements.
This includes:

Designing and implementing compliance procedures for education and training activities.
Ensuring accurate learner, financial, and program records are maintained.
Aligning teaching, assessment, and reporting practices with regulatory, contractual, and PQF/AQF requirements.
Preparing organisations for audit by ensuring evidence is complete, accessible, and aligned with required standards.
The outcome: greater transparency, stronger governance, and confidence in institutional accountability

2. Due Diligence and KPI Monitoring

I conduct due diligence across institutions, partners, and delivery teams to assess educational, operational, and organisational risk before and during implementation.
I also design monitoring systems to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are:

clearly defined,
measurable and aligned to program outcomes,
consistently tracked using reliable tools,
and reported in a way that supports decision-making.
This gives donors, ministries, and organisational leaders clear visibility of progress, quality, and compliance.

3. Risk Management and Reporting (Aligned to Government and Donor Frameworks)

This includes:

Developing program-specific risk registers for training, assessment, partnerships, and institutional operations.

Preparing data-driven reports that meet the expectations of ministries, donors, and governance bodies.
