Director of Operations | Data & Quality Systems - Scaled the global operations team from 11 to 56 staff across Sri Lanka and Australia. Managed contracts with 1,700 education providers across 27 countries and implemented new data-quality, contract-management, and KPI-tracking systems. Led optimisation of the global course-catalogue platform (100,000+ courses), enhanced procurement integrity, and drove value-for-money reporting and continuous improvement.
National Workforce Reform - Directed AU$45 million Jobs and Skills Council projects across the Forestry, Pulp & Paper, Carpentry, and Textiles Clothing and Footwear sectors.
